I just bought some supplements from TP. I'm not too worried about the protein. I'm sure 1-2 scoops with the scooper they gave me will be fine, but I'm wondering what is the best method of measuring a dose of CEE, glutamine, or taurine? Should I use a teaspoon?
Yeah, that works. I think a heaping teaspoon of glut is about 5 grams, not sure about the others, but it's probably close enough.
