If you told me before the playoffs started that the Nuggets would beat the Clippers in a series I would have thought you were crazy.

This was the most talented team in Clippers history and they are still behind the Lakers, what a joke. Move the Clippers to Seattle.

there talent is overrated.

Paul George is not a franchise guy more a complementary player or great 3rd guy.

kawaii is good but isn’t a scoring machine so is also better as a Pippen type 2nd fiddle or a do everything guy on a stacked “team” like Toronto, San Antonio or the Pistons title teams

I just never got the Clippers hype. The Lakers have 2 players in the all-time PER top 50. Plus some decent role players and a second legitimate big man in Dwight. Clippers have Leonard and George, the second of whom is very overrated.

They will keep Doc imo and try to retool the roster.

they have talent but it’s a bad fit.
In a scoring league they don’t have a stone cold unconsciously scorer.
kawaii is too unselfish, taking over scoring is not his personality.
And Paul George is just mentally weak and overrated.

I would say Siakem is a better athlete, longer and better defende and rebounder.. Plus they have OG who is also better defender..

Overall Toronto has much better talent and adding Kawaii with Siakem and OG made their defense scary cause they can switch on everything.

Stacked on paper, and they absolutely just folded like bitches without excuses, but I think they're missing a Dragic/FVV type of guy to make plays for others. Lou Will is old and has tunnel vision, Reggie Jackson is a chucker, Kawhi and PG are ok passers.

They’re two bench players were the biggest issue. They don’t play any defense and we’re getting brutally exposed. Dumbass Doc not making any adjustments pretty much sabotaged his own team. This loss is squarely on him.

anyone can score 20 in this league given enough attempts. But they don’t have that stone cold Michael Jordan like killer who can take over a game when they have a scoring drought whether it’s when their 16 point lead is eroding or they are down by 20.

they don’t have anyone with an unconscious scoring mentality who can actually make shots consistently
