It’s uncanny how similar this Heat run is to the Mavs 2011 run.

In 2011, the Heat created a Super Team, the Lakers were 2 time defending champs, the Bulls had a great season with MVP Rose, the Celtics were a finalist the previous season, no one expected Dallas to do anything. They quietly re-signed Dirk and added Chandler.

This year it was all about the LA teams creating Super Teams, the Bucks learning from last year, the Sixers were going to be too big, too skilled, while the Heat quietly added Butler and then Iggy and Crowder.

The Mavs also had a very skilled veteran PG, great defensive center, great bench/shooting and great coaching. They were also ridiculously clutch.

They beat Kobe, Lebron, Wade, Durant, Harden, Westbrook, anyone and everyone and they were underdogs in every series.

This Heat team plays with the same poise, clutchness and leadership.
 
Jimmy Butler knew what he he was doing, hell if not for that Kawhi Game Winner he might have dragged Philly to a title last year.
 
The Celtics locker room explosion is so insane. Last place I'd expect it in.

I don't even think Beverly would get in anyone's face like that. If you replaced Beverly with Smart, Clips would have won that series.
