The process failed big time. They should have never traded for Jimmy Butler. JJ reddick leaving was a disaster also. They had basically no three point shooters. Ben Simmons really can't even make a free throw that's a big time problem.

I think the Butler trade was fine. They went 7 with the Champs and lost on a bounce bucket.

They royally fucked up by picking Brown over Jimmy.

Tobias and Horford signings look very bad now.
