However, when someone like James literally wears clothes that say “more than a player” and drops quotes about “injustice everywhere” it rings hollow. Especially when he can only be bothered to make popular approved takes on anything social justice related. When you are a billionaire who when asked can’t be bothered to say anything remotely critical and even defends a regime that slaves people, treats black people horribly and has been documented harassing people who work for your employer (the NBA), it rings hollow.
