Lakers aren't making the play ins

I don't see how they wouldn't. The Lakers are the #9 seed right now and lead the #10 Pelicans by 4 games so unless the Lakers go on an even bigger losing streak or the Pelicans or Trailblazers go on a big win streak, the Lakers are definitely making the play in tourney.

It's not that hard to make the stupid play ins , hence why they will barely make it with 27ish games left.

Yea, that's why I told him he was wrong that the Lakers wouldn't make the play in. The real problem is having to play the #1 or 2 seed, assuming you win the play in, but with the Lakers they might not even win the play in unless they somewhat get their shit together.

He also fell to like 27, when he should’ve been a lottery pick.
Yeah classic example of a guy who scared too many people who have stereotypes and fears over him being a problem-guy.
You can tell he is/was a little aloof and so physically gifted and just needed the right situation. IMO with Tatum and Brown on the floor he is in a perfect scenario to not have pressure on him and can just be a monster on the boards and around the rim on both sides. He gave Jokic a TON of problems on both ends tonight and exposed Jokic slowness and lack of ups.

Yeah aloof is the right word. Sorta goofy and immature, but never seemed to be harmful. Still find it odd that people will yolo picks on players just based on athleticism but he fell so far

Robert Williams once again showing what I've been saying for 2 years: all star level player.

Kid finally took this shit seriously and got it together. That's not a given. Happy to see it though.

Yeah he just needed to be given time and drilled on some basics. He has some amazing instincts; I could see it in college. Guy was 2x SEC D of the Year; not just some workout warrior, which is what had me excited initially. Hard to teach that shotblock intuition, which paired with some off-ball offensive readiness makes him a value-add in any lineup and is rarely matched.
