The biggest problem is the Celtics refuse to give any details. We know Udoka did something bad enough to be suspended for an entire season but we don't get to know what. That seems like a really cheep way to cover up what happened so they can bring back their coach next year.

They probably asked Udoka’s mistress something in the lines of “Did you feel pressure to have sex with him because he was your superior?” And she said yes and that was enough.

That would explain everything tbh. No way in hell a team voluntarily suspends a successful coach for consensual sex with a coworker if it ain't personal. As many have said there's probably dozens of comparable situations in pro sports that no one knows about. The difference there is the women is either single or their husband isn't in a power position.
