Precisely. This entire conversation stems over Montrezl getting busted with 3 pounds. I'm not against getting high, lets not get it twisted. I think weed should be legal in every state, but 3 pounds is going to get him a felony charge. He will likely plea down and get probation and some community service. He may even make a "donation" to a homeless shelter or a drug rehab. He should have known better though.
