Lmao 220k a year is a laughable salary for someone who wouldn’t even cut it in my local rec league and draws less attendance than your average high school basketball game.

It's amazing the WNBA has survived. To be fair though, Taurasi deserves the same as LeBron. Hell, she was good enough to build her own legacy and championships, and didn't need to run around relying on everyone else.

I think they get too caught up in the pay from the sport , the pay gap in Tennis is Fair , especially since you have to win Play Way more sets for Men to win a Singles Grand Slam. However if a Woman has enough sex appeal she can make a killing off of sponsorships , also they need to be savvy on Social Media with their Twitter and Instagram
