Short Simple and to the point. Who wins the NBA Finals ? Bonus choice for non Celtics and Warriors Fans.
 
Celtics apparently have a good record against the Warios, wonder if they will be too beat up from the cHeat series though

Warriors get one of their best defenders back as well in GPJR. Also I don't think anyone really played a more conditioned version of Klay till the playoffs started, now that Klay can potentially provide those hot streaks it puts pressure on the Celtics on top of Boston going 7 games in back to back , but yeah Boston is young so that shouldn't be an excuse. Golden St. though is used to deep runs and the last 2 years being out of the loop prior to this year has probably worked out recovery wise.
 
Celshits probably win with hilarious ease. The warrios aren't used to facing a team that actually plays defense lmao.

Yeah last time they played Kerr was crying about Smart diving at Chef's knees, Boston went on to Mushroom Stamp the Warriors that game. I'm not a fan of Boston breaking the tie with the Lakers for most Ships but I don't mind seeing Kerr cry more , hence I made a 3rd option on this thread.

Memphis was the 4th ranked defense and Dallas was 6th... LOL you guys just say anything <36>

Celtics did slap them down last time they played. We haven't seem them play each other at full strength yet though.

you all sound like a bunch of old white guys talking about defense and the good ole days when dudes missed 7 foot shots

defense doesn’t really matter in the nba anymore. Offenses are too far ahead of the game.

Was that the game where Smart injured Steph in the 1st quarter?

Regular season matchups mean close to nothing for playoff series. I think Denver, Memphis and Dallas went 9-3 combined against GS in the regular season. Klay didn't start playing this season till like February and was rusty. He's turned it on now and in his bag.

Boston has also been the best team after they figured something out , at one point to were borderline. 500 and had a slightly better record than the lower seeds. Warriors probably have too much shooting but Boston can at least scheme better than most teams against the Warriors death lineups. Ime has to find a way to make Curry work on defense if they want a shot in 7 games.

At least they are now starting the Finals, NHL is somehow still playing in the damn 2nd round on Memorial Day

Looks like they will be spacing them about every 3 days instead of every 2 like the conference finals so I guess there's that if it does end up going the distance
 
Wonder who’s going to carry Corey to the championship this time? I got my money on Poole or Gay Thompson.

Yeah that is weird Normally Hockey finished earlier than the NBA , well now that ESPN has increased Hockey coverage seems like they want to space it out , having Block for the NBA Finals the Stanley Cup Finals , followed by Summer Baseball to hold fans Over till CFB and the NFL return. Yay MFing sports.

Boston will do a good job defending them for a couple games but Boston's offense is mediocre and predictable. Warriors are an elite defense too. They have a lot of film to prep on Boston's offensive weaknesses.

Difference will be Warriors offense is a lot better and harder to guard than Boston and Boston players will get tired from chasing around Steph, Klay, Poole around screens all game and their lazy habits, shotjacking on offense will get exposed. Boston also has a big turnover problem that Milwaukee and Miami exposed and Warriors are just as good turning teams over and getting out of the break. Moses Looney will feast too. Tristan Thompson used to push Horford's shit in and Looney will too.

Boston will probably have to rely on individual match ups on the switches , Tatum and Brown have to win against whoever is guarding them especially if they get Curry on a switch. They absolutely need Marcus Smart to play out of his mind , which is a iffy over 7 games. Also Robert Williams needs control the Boards and along with AL beat Draymknd up inside.
