Natural Rituals for Focus and Winding Down

You guys have any bedtime rituals for either focus/quiet or winding down and stopping the mental gears from churning? These are separate things to me, btw.

I usually have to shower before I can go to sleep. So that kind of gets things going for me, but then I end up fucking with my phone and that just strains my eyes.

I'd like to drink some tea or something and read, but to read i'd need to stop the wheels from spinning up stairs.
 
I listen to old coast to coast videos on YouTube. Art Bells voice knocks me out
 
i do, first off like master miyagi said in karate kid said " must focus". basically, u close your eyes and get rid of all negative thoughts. breathe in and and while breathing in take at least 7 seconds to do so and the same when exhaling. rinse and repeat like fucking a girl( i almost always shower after fucking). soon enough, u will be calm and fall asleep. try it, it helped me.
 
I listen to audible for a half hour in the dark, usually I'm off in 15min but if that doesn't work I turn on rain storm sounds and I'm gone in minutes.
 
If I am not in the process of passing out then I meditate counting my exhales.
 
I read about serial killers and nod off. I cant decide how disturbing that is.
