Media Nate played matchmaker - Conor accepted the challenge

Nate just pushing the challenge away from himself. Which is understandable, Khamzat isn't the best match-up for him to go in open contract. Nate could hurt his brand a bit if he doesn't have a great showing over Khamzat before free agency. Dana wants the fight because he's trying to punish Nate for wanting to be a free agent.

Surely Dana isn’t wanting Conor to face Khamzat or Islam or ANY well-rounded, legit fighter who isn’t old AF.

Nate ducks Khamzat and then tries to insult him and pass him over to Conor. All talk no results.

Sad exchange between two much lesser fighters who would never fight Khamzat for all the tea in China.

cumshot would dive for their crotch even quicker than he did to the chinese tomato can who just got up off the couch

You aren't serious are you? You mean a guy who would bully them by sheer size would be concerned about their pillow hands? And yes, Conors left won't do shit to fighters in this range. Like I said, both of those guys, same time.

Come on, be honest with yourself, you don't believe any of the bullshit you just wrote. I know trolling; for your sake, this better be it.

Conor still has 2 more fights. They are going to maximize the earning potential for all parties in his next 2 fights. Plus Dana and Conor are friends so it will be less likely he will do the same thing he is doing with Nate. They both made each other a lot of money so if Conor doesn't continue on with UFC he'll get a favorable exit match up. It also good to have Conor leave on good terms in case he wants to come back and fight in the future. You want to leave that option open for him if he decides to return in the future.

I don't even know who Conor can fight that's remotely credible at this point that he'd have a great chance against. Especially after that injury. Then if he does fight a lower level guy and loses again he looks even worse like Diaz 1.

These guys all know he has no cardio as well. Very hard to compete at the pro level when you tell on yourself about your cardio and durability in every fight. Planning for him is simple.

both can only talk,
none of them have balls to get in a cage with Khamzat

He's fighting Dustin if Dustin wins the belt. Other than that the options I see for him is Nate and Ferguson. Chandler and Gaethje can be options as well. Stylistically Conor's style could do well vs them if it stays standing or if Conor can defend Chandler's take downs. But those fights will be harder for Conor than the Nate and Ferguson fight, so I see him going after those options first.

Also that's if Nate is still in the UFC at that time. Nate may very well fight out of his contract before that time.

I hope Conor doesn't take that fight. That would be the end of his career.

I don't think he much of a chance against any of them. It will just be another beatdown loss on his resume. Dustin smoked him twice in a row before Conor got a steel rod put in his leg. We saw what that did to Anderson's career. Even for Nate Conor will be easy to gameplan.

Maybe if Aldo moved up, but even that fight I don't see him winning at this point.

Yeah at his current level he's not the favorite against Dustin, Justin, Chandler. He would be the favorite vs Ferguson and Nate though.

He was also a favorite against Diaz, and Dustin in his last two fights. Oddsmakers seem to understate how much of a tell his cardio has become and to make him a favourite against durable fighters like Diaz or Ferg after that leg break would be a little optimistic.

Obviously Conor is not going to take this fight but imagine if he did, his street cred would finally go up regardless of the outcome. And imagine if by some miracle he won, damn. Sherdog would explode.

ok but he gets better as the rds go on that’s a fact
So why does he lose almost every round 4 and 5? Nate sucks ass in longer fights and thats a fact

Lets not kid ourselves. He would be endlessly ridiculed after the fight when he got beat up

Odds makers go on who fans will bet on. Not who they think will win

He definitely would because he has too many haters already, he earned them, don't get me wrong. I just think he would get some props still for taking the stylistic nightmare matchup with a much bigger guy.

They should do a tag team wwe style match, I would bet the house that khamzat would beat the fuck out of Diaz and Conor at the same time
