But in his last fight he spectacularly knocked out a Top 15 fighter that Bisping (who some are actually saying should get a title shot) barely managed to beat.

And Santos is 32, aswell.
So when a 32 y/o is considered to be the "younger, on fire" fighter, then you know you got some issues.
