I see a lot of you heaping praises on Nate Diaz, most likely out of your hatred towards Conor but the truth is he is not championship material. Whenever he faced up with the very elite was thouroughly outclassed, Bendo and Rafael for example. He defeated Conor, but Conor actually thought he was a bum and did not give him any respect. how many of you actually believe that he could defeat Jose aldo if they ever decided to fight at 155?

Diaz' weakness is against wrestlers. He would actually have a decent chance against Aldo by being bigger and because Aldo isn't a wrestler. Though Jose does take people down too.

You're stupid. Nate has the most sub wins in non-tourney UFC history (9). Royce has 11. Nate absolutely IS elite.
 
What's that say about Cloner?

He abused a reach and strength advantage over smaller men, yet once he met a guy his weight and with no reach disadvantage he was poorly equipped skill for skill.

Then got his ass kicked.
 
Conor was never any good. Neither was Nate as soon as he loses again.

Your right a legit black belt in BJJ is not elite. He can box with anyone on the feet, His main weakness is wrestler's and someone with a great kicking game. Even then he could beat anyone on any given night. Even champions have weaknesses. Nate is ELITE.

Agreed. Khabab, RDA, and Ferguson all whoop him. Alvarez and Pettis would cause him big problems. Most of the top 10 in WW destroy him.

He's good but has some major holes that have been exploited before and will continue to be.

You're absolutely correct but will get flamed by Diaz fans. I like them but they're not RDA level..Nick has a chance tho

Conor has been fighting midgets and avoiding wrestlers and the only wrestler he meet was a very smaller mendes on 2-weeks notice and got extremely exposed. Conor got the same issues with wrestlers

Guillard was a Louisiana State wrestling champion

Maynard was a 3 time all American wrestler as Michigan State

He's got a better chance of beating Aldo than McGregor does of doing it again. Nate might not ever beat dos anjos but if he wanted to kill himself cutting weight the way conor does, at least we know he would most likely be fw champion.
 
What's that make Conor then? Like less than Cole Miller level? If so he really dodged a bullet with that one
