You'd be surprised the pay differences in the porn industry for men compared to women.. now directors are forced more than ever to take a pay cut and pay the girls more because they know that the webcam industry is dominating the main porn industry, and girls get paid quicker and easier compared to filming it by directors/producers that sometimes withhold paying the workers because they're retarded and spend the money on crack instead of the employees.
