The biggest thing is people just don't understand what makes the Diaz brothers so good. But as others have said, it just comes down to doing the basic things really well. Cardio, boxing, Jujitsu.

but reality is these guys are successful and have been for years. they work hard, are funny as hell, and you have to believe they are smart to be where they are in their lives.
