Natalia Silva— Future Champion???

She doesnt have the power of a Zhang or Yan but she is so many levels above in striking and her defense is so good she can stand her ground

I think she's gonna struggle against someone who can pressure her against the cage and force her to fight close quarters with punches for the entire fight. Nat's striking defense is really bad there. She sorta just throws wild hooks with no real technique and gets hit a bit. Almost all of Andrade's strikes that landed were like that, and a few clearly hurt.

The thing is, does the girl who can and will force her into that sort of fight even exist at FLW? Because I can't think of a single one.

Manon and Shev won't. Erin might but she's even more sloppy than Nat there and way slower. Rose never would. Grasso would have a chance, but she doesn't like getting into those positions either.

Fucking hell. Barber of all people might be the one hahaha.

If Andrade couldnt do that then who can? thats her entire gameplan. She also got a good chin cos when she did get hit, she seemed to take it well.

Like I said, there really isn't anyone.

I feel like Andrade might have had a better chance like 5 years ago, but even then probably still wouldn't have been able to pull it off.

And even when Andrade was landing hammers, Nat didn't fight dumb. She got out of there, reset and went back to work.

Can't wait for her to fight girls like Manon, Erin, Grasso, etc.

She would wreck Marina now. LIke you said, she was so green.

Her physique was also way different back then. I don't know if she got on the gear for a bit or what, but she went from kinda soft looking to pretty ripped and endless cardio when she debuted in the UFC lol.
She sort of had the physique of a woman who was fighting for the first time. She’s basically night and day different from her physique and fighting abilities. So cool to see and I hope she goes far.

100 % future champion, when has someone done that to Andrage? She looked just as muscular as Jessica but taller, better striker, huge arsenal of kicks, great TDD. First time I've seen her fight and I'm pretty impressed. And she's pretty.
When has someone done that to Andrade? Quite a few have done far worse. She was finished by Erin, Yan, Tatiana, Val and Weili to name a few. Rose's first round with her in their first fight was rather reminiscent of this fight. I would pick her over Rose, but might pick Manon, Val, Alexa and Erin over Natalia if given even odds. I certainly look forward to seeing her work her way up the food chain.

Well Weili not only out-pressured Andrade, she annihilated her in under a minute.

I follow all of that logic up until you picked erin over natalia. I like erin and thinks she's a legit top 5 girl, but natalia has the best tdd in that division, and on the feet it wouldn't be close. That's one of the worst style match ups for erin in my opinion. Natalia is equipped to do what fiorot did to erin, but perhaps more violently.

Andrade is tiny for a flyweight though. That made a pretty big difference.

I don't see her beating Shevchenko or Fiorot
I will be curious to see what would be her gameplan
