Name one documentary that you feel people should watch and explain why

An Inconvenient Goof

A smarmy anonymous Brit rises from the ashes of the O&A subreddit to make documentaries about shitty comedians.

Absolutely hilarious stuff. The subject of this particular one (which ends up being part 1 of 3) is a middle of the road standup comic called Joe Matarese. He had a brief moment in the sun on America’s Got Talent a few years ago.

This same guy had a takedown of Rogan called Alpha Brain which is a really good watch.

The Business of Being Born

“This documentary, directed by Abby Epstein, examines the ways that the American health care system approaches childbirth. The traditional form of U.S. birth involves hospitals, drugs and obstetricians, while births in many other countries utilize midwives. Interviews with parents and medical experts explain the realities of maternity care.”

Dark Days
A documentary by Marc Singer about a community of homeless people living under an old abandoned subway system in NYC
Gives good insight into the life of the homeless and why they're homeless
I second this! Also soundtrack is by DJ Shadow which works amazingly well.

The visuals are amazing. It's about how humans effect / fuck up the planet. They show a church in Africa that fits up to a million people. And they show this garbage dump in Africa that people scour through.

Metal: a headbangers journey
Its fun , informative, full of great interviews , Dio especially. Then theres fucking Gorgoroth lead singer my god thats the most cringe hilarious interview ever.

Not seen the doc, but is that interview with Mr. Gorgoroth the one where he's drinking wine and just staring at the interviewer by an open fire?

Looks at the range of toxic chemical that we are exposed to from everyday products, many of which are hidden from the listed ingredients and the effects that they may be having on us. Dont think most people are aware; maybe watching this would encourage them to be more careful over which products they use.

(was on Netflix some time ago)

He did a good one about fighting off reptile aliens. He could talk to beasts, too.
