Name a car

Around here all the soccer moms and shitty drivers are now driving the Tesla suv. They drive super slow and erratic and can’t park work a poop.
Yeah, but they would be shithouse drivers, whatever they were driving.

It's mostly the model 3 drivers that think, hur dur, I'm in an electric so I'm going to automatically be faster than a sports car

Especially....... The very worst!!!....... And especially more so when they've got the luxury kangaroo testicle leather seats.....
I'm not a millennial(Gen X by 6 months)... or progressive. If only I could get a build slot :(

Kangaroo leather is pretty great really. Don't knock it till you try it...

You've got good taste in cars..... I'm more of a Sperm whale penis leather sort of guy myself 🤣

What's the ETA on the slot? Like you can't even join the queue?

I don't have a car. I usually move around in my bike to most places, including work. I'm a very fit individual and it is a great stress relief. I would recommend you.

Most places I go (gym, coffees, groceries) are less than half mile from my house so I walk.

If not I use the awesome and cheap public transport infrastructure of the beautiful city of Buenos Aires.. or just an Uber/Taxi.

ANY truck really. My favorite driving phrase, " Oh look, a fuck in a truck."
You've never had a use for a truck have you? If you go places regularly off of the asphalt, you need a truck. If you tow trailers for work or haul material in the bed, you need a truck.

If you don't do those things, then you most likely don't need a truck, and to your point, probably are an asshole.

No idea. Last time I checked at the dealership, they weren't even taking deposits... probably for the best though, I do want to drive one first as that's a crapload of money.

They are awesome from all accounts though... the mid range model doing 0-100's in the 2's and quarter mile in the 10's and unlike the shitty electrics, they also have amazing handling and brakes.

And with the only German brand manufacturer that has a gearbox that I would say will continue to be able to do that reliably after more than a few years of ownership.......

i agree with you about needing a truck. well, you may not need one, but it would be really nice to have one. the alternative is to ask a friend to borrow theirs or rent one. i think the issue with a lot of people, at least with me, is more with those who have gigantic trucks that are spotless clean that you know are never using the bed. a truck without a bed is a normal car. those trucks are largely about status.

the smaller datsun, nissan, toyota trucks are no problems with me, and i'd bet are no problems with other people complaining about trucks. it's not about those, only aboout the gigantic ones that have FORD in giant foot long font lol.

that is insanity levels of speed lmao, do you have a racetrack over there? from what I recall, all the roads are significantly slower/smaller than american roads to "have fun"

I have a GMC Sierra 1500 that lifted a little to keep the frame and body away from rocks a little (hasn't always helped). The diff and axles theres not too much you can do from a practical standpoint except run as big rims and tires as you can while still being able to run chains on them. Trucks are workhorses and adventure machines. I can't do my recreation without one. The places I've been and the trails I've road to get there would freak most people out. But the stress of getting there (and back) is worth it.

Just last month I plowed through 18-24" of snow getting out of hunting camp. 2-1/2 hours to do 12 miles. Was worth it.

yeah, there are for sure those like yourself who use them for their purpose. for those people, more power to them.

That's the mid range model... what are the numbers for the Turbo/turbo S and the GT2/GT2 RS going to look like?

Oh yeah, we have heaps of tracks dotted around the place. I want to try it out on the twisty, winding roads on the way down to the coast and back... going to be badass.

Houston players take the cake. They are trying to make people believe Old Man Buicks are cool and put Death Race Wheels on them.
