It most definetly was a freak injury.

About the dumbest thing that has been said on this thread for this event lol. i guess u didn't watch the fight cos he was landing hard knees to Jimmo's knees on the clinch. You could see on Jimmo's face how he was hurting during the clinching but he tried to fight through it til his knee gave out.

Down on the night right now and all that I have left is Pearson and Machida by KO. If Ross loses his fight then I will probably chase a little more on Machida KO to recoup losses and cross my fingers that it's not a sparring session between friends.

Who you guys think will stop this from cashing?

i lost my very first sparring match the exact same way. bounce out from an exchange, legs are tired and ankle rolls on itself. walked with a limp with a month

That could also have very well been a byproduct of all of those knees to the thigh on the inside. Weakens the upper extremities and then the small bones in the ankle fail to support those monstrous thighs. Jimi just chipped away until the structural integrity of the leg was unsustainable. That and divine intervention. :icon_evil

Nah that would be the post containing your prop 'picks'

And he wasn't kneeing Jimmo's 'knees' he was planting them in the upper thigh area. It was blood clotting up the thigh that made it hard for Jimmo to properly distrubute weight, so instead of being able to flex it was stiff, as a result he ended up rolling it and furthermore it bent backwards.

We are done exchanging posts btw, BECAUSE I DONT LIKE YOU. ............................DRAKE PUNCHLINE!

What does the points handicap thing mean?

A point spread for a decision I believe. 50/45 x 3 would be 15 points and a win, but 48/47 x3 would be 3 and a loss.
A finish by Machida would be a win as well.

Still think jimmo was the correct bet. No way did manuwa fight like a -200 favorite. Obviously Manuwa was the justified favorite but only by small to medium margin.

ok thnx, well i think guillard is going to finish pearson so you would lose, but good luck

@ EC I think Guillard KOs Pearson so that would be my guess. If he doesn't, I think one of the WSoF guys might.

Don't want to get into an argument... cause both fighter's didn't look good, but i'm not sure jimmo would have won even if the fight went on...

Got to disagree. He was controlling the fight and paced himself well. Just because Jimmo didn't get trucked in the first doesn't mean he was a good bet. His output was horrendous.

@Endlesscritic
I would be most nervous about the Pearson fight coming up because of the likelihood that it is 15 minutes of standup, although that is Ross's speciality Melvin's boxing looked crisp in his last fight. Second to that even though he has looked very impressive, Marlon Moraes hasn't fought a wrestler in some time. Beebe might be able to get him down and keep him there.

Miguel Torres. Not that I've ever seen his opponent fight before, but because Torres' chin retired from MMA a couple years ago, while his heart is ready to fight every day of the week.

I've also never seen Alfaya fight before, but I would keep Fitch out of my parlays until he builds up some confidence.
