Wonderboy will likely get the KO finish or get the decision. He has fought much better opponents than Till. Beating Cerrone after Cerrone's decline isn't enough of a sample size for drawing conclusions of his being elite. Cerrone is also prone to having really bad fights from time to time like RDA, Nate Diaz, Masvidal, etc. There are levels to MMA and Till will see that Wonderboy is very talented and difficult to game plan and predict. The only knock on Wonderboy is that as a counter-puncher he sometimes is not active enough to win rounds clearly which leads to difficult and erratic scoring by the judges.
