My opinion...Cowboy vs Khabib should happen

Cowboy has already said he's willing to take the fight..

He's probably also feeling majorly disapointed that he didnt get the McGregor fight as I think Cowboy would have beaten McGregor, would be playing out the same way as Diaz (so Cowboy missed 2 major paydays)

He's normally always in fight shape

Only issue would be him getting down to LW...however Khabib said he'd do the fight at WW

They were already slated to fight and Khabib pulled out before

Maybe Khabib wants to right his wrong and thats why hes willing to fight Cowboy at WW

I think Khabib wins regardless as to what weight they fight at and Khabib probably knows this

Also...its becoming more obvious Cerrone is strictly a prize fighter, he doesnt care about his record or getting close to title shots, he wants to fight and get paid
