I got my first tattoo recently and they fucked it up. They corrected it, but then had the genius idea of correcting other bits that didn't need correcting at all. So I'll be nitpicking that tattoo for the rest of my life, having to cover it up Phantom of the Opera style. I'm considering just covering the entire arm in tattoos just to run interference.

I'll be honest. It's not MY cup of tea but it's very well done and looks good. I just wouldn't get a scene like that on my arm as I think it's a bit weird. But for what you were going for the artist did great.
