Yeah, Ronnie's not the first person in the world to live in a house with a dungeon, or even a haunted house with a dungeon. But it's the Gothic narrative, the extreme proximity to the things that go bump and haunt our nightmares that drew me to this thread. What kept me here is Ronnie's intrepid, though languid, pursuit of knowledge and understanding. We all have corners of our minds, symbols and patterns in our life that we would rather not touch. Ronnie touched them, and for that, he appears to have paid the ultimate price.
