My Ear Hurts

    which led me to wonder: how do i stave away the dreaded cauliflower ear?

    yup the best option. you can also try using those head gears, i havent used them so i dont know how they feel.

    Cauliflower ears look well hard.

    Get them drained or start wearing a headband.

    If you drain it use STERILE equipment otherwise you'll have an ear less.

    Not traning beacuse of pain in the outer ear is teh pansy

    Stop being a pussy keep training if you wanna get better or stop grappling if you don't want the "Flower" personally I feel that's a trophy but that's just me I like bragging about scars and breaks

    Some of you guys are stupid. If he takes a break, it should stop hurting in a couple of days. In that time he can do some weights, cardio training or something else.

    Usually in Brazil when It happens is during a time where the competitor is training harder than usual to some very important tournament, than the fighter does not want to stop training and the ear gets worse and worse.

    My advice to you is if your ear starts to hurt, all you have to do is stop for a couple days, that way It will heal and you will have no problem. Now if your ear already pop out you need to se a doctor so he can drain your ears before it gets hard, some fighters (like you will see in the video) do on there own, but I don
