No. In socialism you don't own anything. There are no possessions. Its called socialism for a reason. Everyone (really the state) owns and shares (if the state allows it) everything.
If you want to put shingles on your house (the communitys house that you are ALLOWED to live in) because your roof leaks you have to write your local politician to see if you are ALLOWED to put shingles on. You will most likely be told to enjoy your free healthcare and your leaky roof.
Uhhhh no I mean in all other states that have progressive taxation, some have 70 or 75% as the highest threshold.
You clearly don't know what the word socialism means so there's little I can do for you, maybe read the wikipedia page.
It means the party thinks the economy exploits the workers and workers should own the means of production. You can be a socialist within a democracy and accept private property (with limits to it). If you think socialism = Venezuela that's because you believe propaganda. You can always learn.
