We could have had the biggest Mega Card of MMA history

Just think if we could have added

Woodley vs. GSP

and of course a rematch against

Conor & Holloway

to the Champ vs. Champ card !!



instead Conor had to be a tool, gsp colon is busted, and Whitaker is MIA..


the moons almost aligned perfectly !!
 
Enough of that champ x champ bullshit, Max has to stay at FW and fight his contenders, this "Max cleaned FW" rant is a myth. At least it's not true right now, maybe some months ago. Max still didn't fought Emmett, Korean Zombie, Ortega, Elkins.. All these guys over a fucking Conor fight right now, let the clown fight other people not interested in the legitimacy of the sport like Nate Diaz. Max is a true champ and i'm sure he wants to prove that again and again.

Counting the 3 superfights at July, since Nov 2016: Conor-Alvarez, GSP-Bisping, Stipe-DC, Nunes-Cyborg, DJ-TJ. That will be a super fight for every 3 or 4 months. Enough of that shit.

Max said he wants to defend, one day he will eventually move up, not the right time. Max himself said IN THE OCTAGON that he wants to catch Aldo records. You're making shit up, fool.

It's not ridiculous to suggest that Bisping/GSP was a superfight. The only reason you could suggest that it's not is because Bisping lacks real legendary status. But put your preconceptions about Bisping aside... it was a retired legend of the sport returning (and also moving up in weight) to fight the current legit 185 champ who had at least 1 title defense under his belt.

Had it been almost any other MW champ you would accept that some people could consider it as a 'superfight'.

Not only that, I think when most fans use the term 'superfight' they are normally referring to any fight that involves a cross-weight title fight regardless of the fighters involved. It pretty much means the same thing in my eyes.

Don't really care to watch GSP-Woodley, and Holloway - McGregor ll is a headliner in its own right.

Besides stop with the super fights. They need to be built up properly. Champion vs Champion doesn't = Super fight, Champions with beef, or dominance= Super fight.

Quite a few actually.

Max x Tony would be a badass fight, and you could really market the long win streak angle.

TJ vs. Holloway - doesn't sound like a burner as much as Tony vs. Max would be .. and in this case I find it much more appealing that TJ is actually going down to fight MM

Ferguson isn't the Champ ... with that said Khabib will be .. so Khabib vs. Woodley would be an exciting fight !!

Woodley vs. ? no champ there .. but id love to see Whitaker vs. Woodley .. I believe Woodley sleeps Whitaker ..

Cant say Id like to see MW moving up to LHW .. its a bad gap .. like tito's ex wife
