MVP when he faces real strikers

I hope the rumors of MVP v Holland are true.
He's been on a tear for a few days. Doubt he lasts half a year.

Good gif though, even though the context is shit. Says the guy who just added a gif of the Simpson's Disco Stu guy to a Colby thread.

Meh Lima was on an incredible run and was body bagging people left and right. The fight with MVP was very competitive until he got caught in a wild exchange.

Didn't MVP shut Lima out in a rematch too? I know the balding aging contigent of sherdog gets all butt frustrated about any/every cocky black guy that exists but yall need to put so e respect on dudes name if not EXCLUSIVELY for being a devout disciple of the Just Bleed God.

Dude literally shattered a motherfuckers skull in the cage, nobody else has ever done that, (hopefully) never will. MVP gets a pass for me for life for all the can crushing because he's a fuckin skull crusher too lol

Interesting UFC went this approach, instead of feeding him people he can beat, like Poatan. To me, this is nothing but a UFC grudge match. Take out the stars that we just paid money for, PRIDE style, then lie about it, even though the emails exposed it, and we all know this is going on. Very interesting. MVP is a star, with the right match ups could easily add excitement. But they are more interested in damaging their own cattle.

damn, where was even the news that he signed with the UFC?

I thought he signed with PFL just a few weeks ago?

never mind, i'm out of the loop. Dana announced this on Saturday

MVP is pretty under rated on here. I think Holland gets starched if that fight happens.

He's going to make his UFC debut at 37 years old, and from memory he had a pretty extensive amateur kickboxing career prior to transitioning to MMA.

When you're on the wrong side of 35 with a lot of mileage, its hard to step up in competition. MVP would have made a splash in the UFC 5 years ago - now? I don't know that he's underrated, he's just past his prime.
