Muscles can make all the difference in the world

I'm just wondering because you remind me of a guy I know who would always talk about people doing certain things but never actually do it himself. I'm decently yoked myself so I just look in the mirror instead of googling pics of guys.

Im 210 and 6 foot 2, I eat whatever but dont really balloon in weight, when I played football I was a lean 175. i work a shipping job and I have to lift heavy boxes so Im in pretty good shape but not as ripped as I want to be.

Brother its a discussion board its a topic feel free to contribute to the thread topic this ain't about me.

Not gonna lie, my physique slightly resembles the right photo at 160lbs when I'm not draining myself. While the left photo resembles my podium pics at 137lbs.
how impressive is his transformation though, dude went from weakling to a stud.

Wtf does a gif like this even exist and why do you have it?
I just searched in google image and added it to here, I dont have it saved up just search his name and it shows up.

Beginners get massive gains though. I'm surprised he didn't go full retard while he's still in that phase.

I'm just saying it's a little gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that but it would make more sense.

The only difference I noticed being yoked is that guys like to make comments about my body. I get guys asking me about my workout routine and receive general comments about how jacked I look (I don't think I'm special but most guys where I live are built like twigs). From women, I get a comment like that once in a blue moon.
I have to admit though sometimes I do like looking at myself in the mirror. It's the only way I can compensate for being 5'5.

From personal experience, muscle can def make you feel better about yourself, and be a huge confidence booster as well. Also ever since I got some sizes I've never had an issue with someone trying to bully me in real life. I treat everyone with respect, and I always get that in return.

I think thats his cap off in newb gains, pretty good though, I think he took Creatine with HMB as one of his supps.

When I first started lifting I put on so much weight I had stretch marks on my shoulders, and thighs and biceps.
Its no joke I remember doing squats, bench, shoulder press, and other moves during the offseason for football and I put on a good 10 to 15 pounds I was doing that GOMAD style drinking lots of whole milk mixed in with ovaltine.

I thought you were 5 foot 10, I never knew you were 5 foot 5 at least you are honest about your height.

Yes when you work out and your clothes fit well especially in the arms where its snug but not tight, it feels good
