They do aloha snack bar in praise of anything. It isn't just militant Jihadis that do it. But it is taken as such. They "aloha snackbar" in conversation the way Americans would say "Jesus Christ" or God Damn". From my experience it's kind of a common expression with tons of different colloquial usages.

I know it isn't meant the same way, it isn't meant as obscene, but I couldn't think of anything in English, especially in American English, that comes close to the way it is used in Arabic. It's usually used to express horror or empathy at/with what the other person is saying. Mainly the times I heard it used was something like:

"A bomb exploded in the market in a village down the road and killed some women and childern"

"Oh, aloha snack bar"

EDIT: I heard it in connection with "insha Allah" a lot.

Nothing wrong with diversity, it's just not being done right. There needs to be some degree of cultural assimilation in order to be effective.
