Muay thai sparring:Constantly spraining ankles...

A basic proprioception drill has helped my ankles out quite a bit.. simply balance on one leg, and get on your toes... hold it as long as you can. Do this a bunch, on both sides.

Actually working hard now to get bk to this stage! Can't do it without stabilising myself on a wall with my hand and can only hold for about 5 seconds :( Will get there tho...
