muay thai moves (names in thai)

    I just started muay thai and haven't memorized the names of the basic moves. My teacher has a strong accent so I am having difficulty understanding the names.

    Is there a book or online resource that shows technique / moves with the thai name?

    Sawk: Elbow
    Tang or Kao: Knee
    Teep: Footjab
    Teep Ka: Side Footjab
    Mat Drong: Straight punch
    Mat: Fist
    Mat At: Uppercut
    Dtae Wiang: Round Kick
    Bat: Block
