how about Fairtex in Mountain View? It was 200$ a month 5 years ago, don't know how much does it cost now since I'm back home.

Officially, there are no more Fairtex gyms in the Bay Area. I think the Fairtex Mountain View became FTX and then moved to Sunnyvale?

The Fairtex in Newark became KOA Fitness Center. Then a few months ago KOA also opened up a gym in Mountain View too.

If you people want to complain about prices. Marcelo Garcia BJJ Academy in New York City charges $250 a month. I heard Renzo Gracie's academies charges over $300 a month.

I am probably going toward Fight and Fitness or K1 Fitness, due to location and price. Thanks for all the help guys.

Good choice. Fight and Fitness on Van Ness Ave in San Francisco has Bunkerd Faphimai and Neungsiam. Bunkerd's oldest son, Boy Faphimai, is the head Muay Thai instructor at K-One Fitness that's also on Van Ness Ave, it's like almost 2 miles walking distance from Fight and Fitness.

If you're on a budget, then I would recommend you to go train with Boy. Boy is a very good teacher and you will get more individual attention from him, and K-One Fitness is definitely less expensive than Fight and Fitness.
