Recomended 10oz gloves for pad work out of top king windy and twins dont like big pillow gloves
and recomended gloves for sparring again i dont want bing pillow gloves and maybe some shin guards that are solid and dont move all the time!

Fairtex bgv9s are pretty standard Muay Thai gloves, more trim and less pillowy than twins or top kings.

+1 for Fairtex BGV9. If not, the 10oz Twins wont be too pillowy. Windy's are the smallest in therm of padding.

my windys is very nice, it was a little tight but they broke in very well. yeah they dont have that much padding, i use them for bagwork and clinchwork bc of that

for shin guards: top king seems to be a commonly recommended brand. ive seen all brands and everyone has to adjusts them once in awhile, i dont know how to not make them move without taping them to your leg :D

Fairtex Bgv9, I use them at 16oz and not pillow gloves at all. I have twins at 16oz too. They are more padded compared to the bgv9s.

Bgv9s are Fairtex's Mexican style and not a standard Muay Thai glove but they are a very good Bag/Pad glove, not good for Sparring unless you don't like your partner;) due to compact dense padding.

I would recommend them, had an old pair of 14oz that will not die.

I would go with 16oz bgv1-b (breathable) for Sparring.

I have had Twins, Top Kings and have used Boons and few others over the years.

Avoid twins or top kings if you don't want pillows, they are good for sparring and protection but they are very big and padded
