Looking to find some good Muay Thai Drills. Focus mitt training, conditioning, etc.
there are endless drills, If you have a partner you can do more. For conditioning, try doing some squat roundkicks, squat then follow it immeadiatly with a kick, doing double and riple kicks on the pads is good conditioning as well.
