I'm currently training Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu three times a week, as well as biking 2K to and from the gym I train at, so my question is:
How long will I have to train before I start to see noticeable differences in my physique?
I realize it's a question with many variables, so let's say I eat relatively healthy, minimal junk food here and there. Also, I have very little fat to lose since I'm on the smaller side regarding height as well as weight and this is paired with my fast metabolism (I'm used to eating whatever I want and not gaining any weight from it).
