Title said alot,

Left footh. It doesn't hurt at all unless walking down a flight of stairs.
Little swollen but luckely I got an industrial ice machine at work.

Was thinking cardio, dips, chin up, speed ball...

What kind of cardio would you do with a sprain ankle?

Rowing, bicycle, long boxing speed ball session.

Skipping and jumping on tires are out of the question.
Maybe it's time to ''polish'' my yoga?

I'd suggest swimming with a pull buoy to minimize foot movement and to keep up that cardio

Not a bad idea a public swimming pool are free here. Except the olympic stadium.

Push ups with the wounded leg held up. It's harder anyway.

This.
No need to further mess your ankle up. Let it rest and in the meantime study fights.

Also just go the gym and watch your gym mates train. Sometimes the best tricks and tips can be learned from the most unexpected sources.

Thx alot.
Feeling much better allready but won't push my luck.

Sparring wasn't pretty.
Ankle hold on well but pace was off, balance was off, pivots on kicks were off, cardio was off.

Guess it's one of those week.

It seem like the ankle holds on pretty well but ''explosiveness'' is near gone.
Will try Namman Oil because I ran out of Tiger Balm.

Not kicking in the mean time.
Any had similar issues?

It is amazing discussion and all the above associates perform well and expose the idea according to what they have within so its my fulfillment to have it....It apparent me too what I was looking for...

Halfway throu physio.
Can stand on the left feet, jump on it, pivot on it.
That said, if i dare to kick from the left. The pain!

I mostly stay orthodoxe but love to left kick when i can create oppenning.

Any had similar issues? I've been told the ultra sounds and micro electro pulse will help tone down nerve endings.
