Ok, it might be possible. I thought it was a Paint Shop filter, though.

Doesn't take away from the greatness - I just figured part of this was for the entries to be as raw as possible due to the limitations of Paint.

I came close to taking back my vote for #10. This is a paint competition and dude makes a painting that belongs in a museum.

But it wouldn't be fair for me to remove my vote just because it's too good lol.

The fact that it's so well drawn compensates for the lack of "lol" factor. Shad face was a great addition tho.
