We don't have hard copy, but we have a digital version (somewhat) of what you're talking about with December's "of the year" threads that recognize top shoopers as well as top threads.

SOTY - (Shooper of the Year) has been annual since at least 2016. It has developed to being loaded with the year's best shoops from shoopers picking 2 of theirs for the OP... to many shoopers posting their personal favorites of their work in the body of the thread.

if it would be break even or profit it would be nice. U can use a template creator like Blurb for it. Maybe take a poll and crowdsource money before committing to it. Or you don’t even have to have print - you can make digital magazines and put them out as PDFS

but there have been so many great/funny shoops and threads throughout the years. I still get a laugh thinking about the rebook apparel from years back and the subsequent shoops.
