Sherdog rule #37: While a fighter can have several nicknames (Randy Couture was "The Natural" and "Captain America", Tito was "HBBB" and "People's Champ") or several memes (Hughes was "K-1" and "Country Breakfast), two fighters cannot share one meme. Specifically, "motivated" is to be used only in reference to BJ Penn, for example: "A motivated and in shape BJ Penn will hold 3 belts at the same time".
In the event that two fighters share a similar nickname ("Pitbull"), they will either fight in different weight classes, or, if they fight in the same weight class, modify the nickname slightly so as to avoid confusion - for example, Kendall Grove went with the classy "Da Spyda" variation on the classic arachnoid theme introduced by Anderson Silva.

Nothing racist about confusing people from a different ethnicity.
Unless we see people from that ethnicity at an early developmental stage in our life, then it's perfectly normal to think "all ___ people look alike".
You don't think Chinese people think all white people look the same? Or Dutch people think all British accents are the same?
