Chechens have their special look to them, and yes they have Asian roots, from Persia and Mesopothamia. They also have different tribes who vary in looks from black hair to blonde and red, but they are ethnically not European white people. Dagestanis have 40+ tribes in their country and they all vary in appearance and lineage as well.
