Which fighter who retired from UFC went on to become insanely successful in life in terms of looks, money and status or having a great career with a wonderful family and life.

I like to think some fighters start with business using their work ethic and become an international playboy ceo multi millionaire or a happy go lucky family man who is well respected in their community. Sick of hearing tragic stories.

Josh koscheck invested heavily in real estate and lives a pretty comfortable life. He started a motorcycle Enduro racing series which seems like he really enjoys. Probably doesn't have to work but he likes what he's doing.

Did not know Josh was into enduro racing

Will look further into this, I love riding in my free time

Ronda retired from the UFC as a former champ, but reached an even higher pinnacle in her life after UFC

with a pro record of 16 wins & 2 losses (2-1 in the UFC, and his one loss is a controversial split decision with weird scorecards)
(before that he went 7-1 as an amateur)

He did pretty well in BAMMA before the UFC, winning & defending the FW belt 4x and then the BW belt 3x

He fought the best England had to offer that wasn't in the UFC, and then the UFC finally listened to the fans and had Tom come over

Sadly it was before MMA was legalized in France, poor Fire Kid had some bad timing with that. He spend his youth winning prizes in both English and French boxing, and even now he keeps practicing martial arts, but not at a competitive level.
He wants to live like a hippie and find inner peace and go drink Ayahuasca in a hut somewhere in South America <mma4>
Bon gars.

Chael still does very well for himself. As a commentary/media personality, he's had success as a promoter.

Khabib was briefly an incredibly successful coach and did well as a promoter.

DC has done well as a coach commentator and media personality

Bruce Lee.

After dominating WMMA he went on to be a movie star and beat up Godzilla.

Donald Cerrone invested in his BMF Ranch.

If your price to come out of retirement is $5 million, you're doing pretty well in your post-fighting career.
