uh.... Pablo may look like a beast, but I watched him gas at ADCC last year. it looked like he had nothing left by the finals.
 
rickson was impressive compared to the rest of his family. Rickson's extreme flexiblity is impressive.. He is not the most "gifted" athelete in jiu jitsu though. My vote goes to jacare.

Agreed. Rickson does posses some great flexibility, and I was impressed by the flow he had when doing solo drills.

Great athlete, and definatley gifted...just not the most gifted.

I swear, I think I am the only person who thought Funaki was doing a decent job during that fight against Rickson (atleast at the begining). He even came close to catching Rickson in a guillotine, and caught Rickson in the face a few times when they hit the ground.
 
In fact after thinking about it alittle, I do think a prime Rickson deserves to rank up their with the most physically gifted.

Look at the man's damn nostrils, he could get caught in any choke and be fine.

All joking aside, Rickson was physicallly impressive, just wish we could have seen more of it.

He wrestled 190 in college, I believe.
 
Jacare is the obvious choice as well as Rickson in his prime but i think that is because we compare him to his brothers who are not gifted.

I'd also consider Arona.
