Most intimidating moment in history

the best moments are without a doubt the first staredown of Cro Cop and Wand. Two fighters, young, at the peak of their athleticism, in a fight in which you could argue Wand won. The size discrepancy, to go against a beast of a striker like Cro Cop with his Chuteboxe MMA stand up, and hold his own, was fucking crazy.
The other moment is the JDS / Cain staredown. That is exactly the type of shit you want to see before a championship fight. Intense self belief, respect, and visible hatred.

Did you even see the fight?? He dominated Usman and took off the 2nd round. What did Usman do in either round 2 or 3? Nothing. Khamzat won round 3 as well, he ragdolled Usman. The first round was even a 10-8 ffs.

I can’t think of a single significant moment Usman had the entire fight, however khamzat had several big moments and almost finished Usman. Did Usman even stuff one takedown? It wasn’t even a close fight.

Landing a few jabs while khamzat was saving his gas tank after ragdolling Usman doesn’t give you a win or a draw. Everyone seen who the better fighter was

Lol, you left out the rest of the screenshot from mmadecisions to make it look like the media unanimously agreed with you.

You also just further proved my point. Khamzat didn't dominate Burns or Usman. There's an easier argument to make that he didn't win either fight then there is that he dominated both. Here's the rest of your screenshot.

So a few who had it a draw out of like 30 who had khamzat obviously winning lol.

He dominated Usman but not burns. Please tell me how Usman even came close to winning that fight? He was ragdolled and almost finished while khamzat was never in trouble, khamzat did the damage which is what wins fights. Even the supposed round Usman won it was a inactive round and khamzat took the round off.

Only one fighter looked dominant in that fight which was khamzat who had a 10-8 while they were both fresh

when music was "scary and imposing" <lmao>

Where is that quote from? Fedor ain't no psychopath. Dude just doesn't waste emotion trying to intimidate people. Total focus.

I'm sure his calmness unnerves people but that's just a byproduct.

He definitely has the same dissociative ability psychopaths have but it isnt a disorder since he controls it and channels it positively.

it was inactive because Khamzat was gassed. If it was a 5 round fight Usman would have won.

Drunk + mad Igor V was pretty intimidating or so the story goes.

This is a very nice thread, between the protracted Conor dispute, Chimaev sitting on a fence (if the lighting were pink instead of green, it would look like the prelude to a live gay porn show.
Wait, does it exist ? But seriously, the fight was really entertaining though.)
Intimidating may be the wrong choice of word, I don't know. None of those guys have any reason to assault me after all. I could probably see Ciryl Gane some day. Frightening dude really. A real monster.

But let's get back to the topic, the most intimidating moment in history ; probably large scale fanatical political/religious events were a bit intimidating. Say, the Reign of Terror during French revolution, or the Spanish inquisition.

These days, I'm intimidated when a pigeon flies too close to my head. Fucking cute flying rats. I have been intimidated at work by psychotic people too, but they don't fly. Well they do, but only once.

Alex Pereira became everything Khamzat was promised to be.

-Khamzat promised to fight often, Pereira actually fought often.

-Khamzat promised to take on all challenges, Pereira actually took on all challenges.

-Khamzat promised to destroy people in the cage. Pereira actually destroyed people in the cage.

-Khamzat promised to be a multi-weight champion, Pereira actually became a multi-weight champion.
- Khamzat was awarded 0 title shots (despite twice being promised the belt in two weight classes, then winning that eliminator both times). Alex was awarded multiple title shots.
- Khamzat has fought multiple grapplers in his professional MMA career. Alex has fought 0 grapplers in his professional MMA career.
- Khamzat is undefeated. Alex isn't.
- Khamzat has been banned from several hemispheres due to governmental virtue signaling. Alex was banned from 0.

So yeah. There are pretty good reasons as to why what you posted is happening.

Then again, this is probably just all bias from the legions and legions of Usman fans outvoting that tiny minority of Chim fans.

Khamzat isn't intimidating at all. He comes across as very insecure if anything.
I always joke about this, but during his video call with Till before they got friendly, Chimaev pulled out some combat knife while they were talking like it was supposed to be cool or intimidating and all I could think of is how I've known like a dozen middle schoolers who have done almost the exact same thing with the exact same intentions.

Funny that Till just laughed in his face instead.
