One of the greatset movie ever made to me , also every time when i have watched this movie someone was cutting onions i think.
 
Iconic is not "ironic" misspelled.

Anyway, we all know the agreed-upon iconic image from AMERICAN BEAUTY is this piece of garbage:

But really it's this:


I don't think that's actually from the film but rather a promotional still from the set. But it certainly is the most iconic in depicting each character accurately. Here's its film equivalent, although Toshiro Mifune is scaled down from his normal godlike stature:

I can't find the video, but you can see each character reacting in due course to Kikuchiyo's unintentional joke. The peasant in the back, poor Yohei, never gets it.

USA Today recent remarked that the following image from Get Out was the "most indelible movie image of 2017" and I completely agree -- and I'd say it's the most iconic and captivating movie still in quite some time.

The hilarious thing for me was the more I tried to obscure the no-no area, the worse it fucking got. Hence, including the old magic trick.
