Most embarassing post fight interview ever?

the idea to interview her after losing in 14 seconds was completely stupid to begin with

Yes, it is the most embarrassing post fight interview. Exceeded only by an interview that did not happen: Forrest Griffin after he lost to Anderson.

It was sad, but holy shit she went through a lot & seemed to really need a good showing.

Give her a pass

yeah, sometimes rogan has no social skills whatsoever

he asked her the same question like 5 times

"well that was humiliating, how do you feel right now?"

i remember when jon jones toe was hanging off and tried to have a casual conversation with him

B B B B B but his alpha brain...

that's what happens when you have two Alpha brains talking to each other....

Zingano already completely humiliated herself in the fight and then she has that cringe worthy "interview" with Rogan. Wow. Is there a way for me to unsee that?

Dang man, how can you not like Cat...you seem to really have a vendetta here. Who do you like

Jones won, she lost. Jones is the champ, she was just a challenger. Jones overcame the toe injury, she lost in 14 seconds. Basically there's every reason to talk to Jones and absolutely no reason to talk to her....but for some reason they did, and repeated inane questions got repeated answers.

It's not white knighting, is being socially aware.

Jones was in excruciating pain. She was not, she took zero damage and can fight again soon. Jones was in urgent need of medical attention. She was not, and see former answer.

The question had to be repeated because Zingano was acting like a 12 year old with answers like "Uhh......FUCK". Of course Rogan would ask it again for a proper answer.

It IS whtie knighting.

No vendetta. People are simply coddling her because she's a woman. Imagine if a male fighter did what she did yesterday? I can imagine the hate and abuse he would get online as well as from the crowd after the fight.

it wasnt embarassing,just very awkward

Diaz does it every fight and he has legions of fans...

Despite the awkwardness of Diaz' interviews he never acts like that, he tries to say something atleast. And he does not do it after losing in 14 seconds because he didn't take a couple of seconds to THINK. To THINK about what he has been preparing for for months.

Maybe you're trolling, but I'll indulge you. Maybe Jones shouldn't have been interviewed either, but my overall point is really, what insight can someone who lost in 14 seconds really provide? Even if she was a man, the same point still stands. Also, after a couple of tries with the question, they/Rogan have to understand that nothing productive is going to come from the interview, so why not just bail? Do they really think that at that point anyone really cared about what she had to say?

Honestly, unless it's a tough decision, a popular fighter, or champion, does anyone really think the loser should be interviewed?

Late stoppage on the Rogan interview. Cringe at its worst.

Yeah, no "trolling". All of you guys are coping hard, but if it makes you sleep better at night go ahead and believe that not everybody is a white knight.

She signs a fucking contract with the UFC where she knows that she has obligations to do interviews like this. She gets paid a lot of money for all of this, so she least she can do is act like a professional and compose herself for 1 louzy minute without embarassing herself and the sport twice in a row that night.

She already disgraced the sport in the main event, the least she can do is do damage control and apologize to everybody, thank her fans and promise that she will work her way back up. That would have been infinitely better than "I..FUCK..FUCK...I..I wanna do it again. I wanna do it again....FUCK"

that's the first time i saw it, cuz when Honda won in 10 fucking seconds, i fucking turned it off cuz i thought theres no way they will interview cat, and i hate listening to Honda talk.

my god, that's just. i feel really sorry for cat, even more than before. it's sad.

Cow says moo
Dog says woof
Cat says FUCK

MEOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope, Jacob Volkmann's Obama rants will forever hold that title.

Watched the interview and it wasn't that bad. Ariel asked him what verteran do you want next? He jokingly said Obama and then listed issues had against him. It was nothing negative or derogatory.
