Morning cardio/conditioning...

    Does this look about right for if I was getting up and going to either do a few LSD miles or a infinite intensity workout in the morning.

    9:00 Wake up and eat an apple and 5g bcaas.
    9:15-9:45 workout
    10:15 1/2c. oats and 1 scoop whey. 1/2c. berries.

    I'm trying to cut around 10lbs by memorial day but don't wanna encourage muscle wasting either.

    Personally, I'd ditch the apple and up the BCAAs. When I need to cut weight, I drop my morning preWO meal and replace it with BCAAs + Creatine.

    I agree^^^ You don't need the apple. I think people tend to be a little brainwashed these days with the whole "Im going to burn off all my muscle" mentality. I think its a bit harder than most think and unless you have some huge ectomorph tendencies which you wouldn't be really needing to burn off the weight in the first place.
