Least likely champion: Movsar, who isn't great, and Usman would need to actually put on an exciting performance to justify getting signed, but he probably gets signed anyway.

I have seen these type of threads for US and Brazillian fighters. They never happen. And so far lets not forget the only champs have been Abdulmanap boys.

I think Nemkov could potentially be a big test for the two guys fighting for the belt plus to Hill as well, in Bellator he's been fighting a lot of high level grapplers in Davis, Bader and Anderson which I think is making people underestimate how good his own grappling actually is.

Those are their best Russian fighters on their roster. Also currently Eduard Vartanyan, Khuseyn Shaykhaev and Amru Magomedov are all trying to get signed to the UFC as free agents and are some of the absolute best Russian prospects. Renat Khavalov may be too but I haven't heard anything.

I don't expect many of these guys to get signed though, the UFC avoids signing Russians most of the time.

Current issue with Vadim is he says he's moving up to HW.

I wouldnt be surprised if that changes were Bellator to go bust or be bought out though, seems like he's doing it mostly because there arent many big matches left for him at 205 there.

From what I read he's also finding the cut at 205 harder. Even at HW in Bellator the champ is a guy he knocked out in a round.
