This is an intriguing fight, 2 guys who won their short notice debuts and have looked nothing but impressive ever since. Moicano is 2-1 and has a win over Jeremy Stephens and his loss is to T-City, meanwhile Kattar won his short notice debut vs Fili and then put away an undefeated prospect in Shane Burgos last fight.
Both guys fought pretty much in the pocket their last fights. If they get into a fight like that again I'd give the edge to Kattar via better boxing, but if Moicano hits and moves like he did vs Stephens, or catches him on the ground, he could win. Although, Kattar has longer range than Stephens, and probably better boxing (a lot of Jeremy's knockouts are from knees and elbows, and he has shorter reach while Kattar has excellent hands).
If you think Moicano wins, how does he get it done? This fight slowly went from -165 Kattar to a pickem on 5dimes, so clearly a lot of people believe in Moicano. Personally I have trouble seeing Moicano win...usually when a good boxer fights a guy with good JJ and decent hands, the better boxer wins. I don't think Moicano can get away with the same strategy he did vs Stephens because Kattar is long enough to catch him on the end of punches.
EDIT: Wow Ok I was way wrong about Kattar, didn't realize he had left Delagrotte.
