I’m a huge Sakuraba fan and I think he’s one of the all time goats , but I disagree that Rampage was in his prime , he had no where near the experience to deal with the ultra crafty ring general Sakuraba at that point in his career . To that point the only fighter of note Rampage had fought was Beastman Eastman and he lost , the only reason this fight was as competitive as it was because Rampage was way bigger

Fixed fight though TS. This was only a tiny bit more convincing than his matches against Randleman and Vitor which isn't saying much.

i think Sakuraba beat, Rampage in 2003----Didn't Rampage become the ufc Champion in 2007 ?
Saku beat him in 2001. I know this because I had just got out of my 2nd rehab when it happened.

A quick wiki check, and I can confirm that Rampage beat Chuck to win the UFC LHW belt in 2007.

i hear it all the times, Fedor was not great. i also hear people "sream", that Bruce Lee, was a nobody....

Now, this was a fight for us old-school warriors---Fedor is the Greatist of all time, prove me wrong, using mma-math----Here is Sakuraba - Beating Rampage, easy, when Both were in their prime..What this shows me, Sakuraba was a BEAST.

Lmao at Rampage in his prime when he fought Sakuraba.
